Eskimos and penguins
- Eskimos need penguins to help find source of food
- There is a rule/act that penguins are endangered species, so cannot be killed
- Penguins are to cute to kill
..and so on and so forth.
Obviously we were wrong.
So, do you know why the Eskimos don't kill penguins?

Let’s make it 5 a day
I actually wanna talk on a healthy diet that we all should practice. I didn’t notice that the 5-a-day is actually known worldwide, until the Nutrition team of IMU organizes the Nutrition Week with the slogan of “5 colours a day”.
We all know that we need vegetable and fruit every day in our balance and healthy diet. But we don’t really give attention on how much of a fruit and vegetable portion should we take. So, as a way to practice healthy diet, I forced myself to take the 5-a-day challenge.

Sunway Pyramid lights off for the Earth Hour 2011
It is an annual campaign on conserving the earth through the Earth Hour program. Every year in end of March, we are called to switch off the lights as a support to the Earth Hour awareness campaign. This year, the Sunway Pyramid mall together with the Malaysian WWF celebrating the Earth Hour 2011 at the main entrance of Sunway Pyramid.
I wished to go, but didn’t have proper plan. Not until the afternoon on the 26th March itself that me, Khairil, Een and Andy decided to hang out at Empire Subang, which turned out to be a bit bored so we headed to Sunway instead to spend the evening. Since we were already there, we stayed for the Earth Hour countdown as well.
Too bad with no plan, no camera was brought, so all pictures are captured only by our phones.

#harimaumalaya brings back the AFF Suzuki Cup 2010
I am so proud of the Malaysia #harimaumalaya team that I want share with everyone the joy of it. :D Watched the game at home last night, shouted and screamed, honestly one of the most nerve-wracking match I’ve ever watch. Feel like gugur jantung to watch every second of game (plus tweeting). :P That match seems more interesting than any Manchester United game I’ve ever watched. Haha.
Anyway, by beating the Indonesia Garuda team 3-0 in the first leg (Stadium Bukit Jalil), and score 1-2 against them in the second leg (Gelora Bung Karno), Malaysia Tiger wins the game and brings back the AFF Suzuki Cup WITH PROUD!
*STANDING OVATION*

Earth Day 2010 – 22nd April 2010
Hello everyone. Do you know that we’re celebrating Earth Day on 22nd April each year? It was founded by U.S. Senator Gaylord Nelson as an environmental teach-in held on April 22, 1970. And this year, 2010, we’re celebrating the 40th Earth Day.
Ask yourself. What have you done, to date, to save earth?
This is the least i do to help in saving the earth:-
- I sell recycle paper, plastics and cans.
- I reuse plastic bags from the supermarket, instead of buying trash bin plastics.
- I bought environmental-friendly, reusable shopping bags from supermarkets (i.e. Tesco, Giants, The Store) and use it when i go there to buy groceries.
- I bought my own Starbucks coffee tumbler, so the each time I buy coffee from Starbucks, I help saving the paper cups.
- I read the journals from the laptop, instead of keep on printing and use a lot of papers.
- I requested for online bills, instead of receiving 2 or 3 bills by mail each months – to reduce paper usage.
- I have my own mineral water bottle, and bring drinking water to wherever i go, instead of buying mineral water each time I’m out.
- I did support the Earth Hour 28.03.10 (was at my uncle’s place – and yes, we switched off all electrical appliance).
- I do not litter. I throw rubbish in the bins.
- I unplugged cables for electronic devices when not in use.
- Last but not least, I spread the words!!
“Forty years after the first Earth Day, the world is in greater peril than ever. While climate change is the greatest challenge of our time, it also presents the greatest opportunity – an unprecedented opportunity to build a healthy, prosperous, clean energy economy now and for the future.”

to show your support for the Earth Day, lets wear something in GREEN today!!!
peace & love.

The Postcard Crossing Project
Do you like to swap postcards from all over the world?
How do you feel to received mails from random country and random sender?
It’s been 83 days till today since i registered with the PostCrossing.com which i knew from random googling. I’ve sent 13 postcards and received 14 postcards, till date, to all around the world. So, what is PostCrossing?
The Project
“The goal of this project is to allow people to receive postcards from all over the world, for free. Well, almost free! The main idea is that: if you send a postcard, you will receive at least one back from a random Postcrosser from somewhere in the world.
Why? Because, like the author, there are lots of people who like to receive real mail.
The element of surprise of receiving postcards from different places in the world (many of which you probably have never heard of) can turn your mailbox into a box of surprises - and who wouldn't like that?”
